What is PressurePro™?

Buy PressurePro!PressurePro™ is an electronic wireless tire pressure Monitoring system which can alert commercial truck operators to low pressures, resulting in added safety and economy while driving.

State-of-the art technology monitors your truck tires and reports pressures when requested.

NEW!
Intelligent Products Monitor Up to 64 Tires!

Intelligent Monitor

The new Intelligent – “Drop & Hook” Monitor  has the capability of monitoring up to 64 wheel locations on a tractor with up to 3 trailers.

It functions, programs and operates the same as the other Truck/RV Monitors, but has the ability to receive and communicate, which will allow programming of Sensors remotely with a web based telematics product.

The Intelligent Monitor has an output for J1708.  PressurePro is extremely proud to be one of the first with capabilities to monitor and read tire pressure on trailers, transfer this information via the trailer/tractor power lines, and read all tire information in the cab or back to an office management system.

This “Drop and Hook” capability has been asked for in the market for years, and we are proud to bring this advanced system to market at cost-effective pricing.

Intelligent Repeater

In addition to & in conjunction with the Intelligent Monitor, the Intelligent Repeater resides on the trailer, receives the trailer’s tire pressure readings, and sends them to the tractor per J2497 – PLC4TRUCKS network.

It supplies direct support for add/drop requirements of tractor/trailer hauling and is designed in conjunction with SAE trucking communication standards J2497, J1708 and J1587.

Bridge Box

Also available now is the Bridge “box” in the tractor which can receive J2497 information from the trailer and transmits it on J1708 to other devices.

Versions are also available that transmit via RS232 or RS485.  It also has the ability to act as a Receiver for Sensors on the tractor (truck) and to transmit that pressure information.

PressurePro™ is extremely proud to be one of the first with capabilities to monitor and read tire pressure on trailers, transfer this information via the trailer/tractor power lines, and read all tire information in the cab or back to an office management system.

This “Drop and Hook” capability has been asked for in the market for years, and PressurePro™ is the first to bring this advanced system to market at cost effective pricing.

Known for quick and simple installation, PressurePro™ can easily be transferred between vehicles to accurately measure tire pressures at the touch of a button. Unlike other TPMS products, PressurePro™ displays current pressures and alerts to low and high pressures while parked or on the move.

Downtime, Cost Increases

Interest in tire pressure monitoring, fueled by the increasing cost of petroleum, tires, insurance, downtime and maintenance costs, are sparking an interest like never before.

In every market, from auto/light truck, off road, heavy trucks, tractor/trailers and industrial equipment, fleets are recognizing the importance of tire pressure – on fuel use, tread wear, tire life, time performance, safety and now environmentally.

Carbon Credits are quickly being recognized worldwide as an opportunity; lower Carbon emissions can only be an environmental help.

PressurePro™ is quickly becoming viewed as a must-have tool, capable of working as a stand-alone product displaying in the vehicle, or integrating with telematics to provide management information at the office/cell phone.

Prevents Truck Tire and Vehicle Damage!

A low-pressure tire will eventually overheat, causing premature truck tire failure and possibly a fire or vehicle damage.

An audible alert warns of low tire pressure before driving becomes unsafe, giving you the opportunity to repair the tire before significant damage has occurred, thus minimizing cost and inconvenience.

An audible alert warns of low tire pressure before driving becomes unsafe, giving you the opportunity to repair the tire before significant damage has occurred, thus minimizing cost and inconvenience.

Fixing a tire is less costly than buying a new one and/or repairing your vehicle!

Pressure Pro Components

The PressurePro™ tire pressure system consists of two basic components:

  1. Sensors- simply screw onto the valve stems, replacing the caps. Sensors continuously assess the tire pressures, and wirelessly transmit each tire’s pressure to the Monitor, located in the dash area. Check pressures even while driving down the road!
  2. Monitor – reads up to 64 tires. Equipped with velcro for dash mounting, a cigarette lighter receptacle plug/power cord and an attached antenna.

Finest Truck Tire Monitoring System Available!

Protect Your InvestmentThe PressurePro™ wireless tire pressure Monitor is capable of displaying current tire pressure on demand, whether moving or stationary.

PressurePro™ is a Monitoring system and will not prevent tires from losing pressure or failing, but the tire Monitor can provide early notice of potential problems and assist in maintaining proper tire pressurization.

PressurePro™ can be used on all pneumatic tires, and is the finest tire Monitoring system on the market.

34 Wheel Monopole RS232 Truck Monitors

34 Wheel Monopole RS232 can monitor up to 34 wheel positions and tire pressures up to 199 psi.

Known for quick and simple installation, PressurePro™ can easily be transferred between vehicles to accurately measure tire pressures at the touch of a button.

Unlike other TPMS products, PressurePro™ displays current pressures and alerts to low and high pressures while parked or on the move.

GO GREEN with PressurePro™!

The trucking industry already knows that under inflated tires are costly, but do you really understand all the ways it is costing you?

Tires running low on pressure require more fuel to overcome rolling resistance. In effect, your truck uses more fuel and releases additional CO2 emissions, causing unnecessary pollution.

In addition, they have decreased life due to added bending and flexing of tread, adding additional tire/maintenance costs and downtime.

Further, low tires require added distances for braking and cause deteriorated handling and performance, meaning less safety for yourself and others on the road.

HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR TIRES LATELY?
PressurePro™ CHECKS THEM 12,340 TIMES A DAY!

Interesting Facts

Alerts – Monitors can activate an audible alarm, indicate which tire has lost pressure (beeps) and display the real-time pressures of all tires at any time. Sensor trigger pressures are automatically set to approximately 12% and then again at 25% under the cold running pressure for each tire. A third, variable high-pressure alert is also standard. (Monitor consumes about the same current as a car clock.)

Casing damage – Low tire pressures lead to casing damage which causes tire failure, zipper rips and blowouts.

Heat buildup – Heat is one of the leading causes of tire failure. Low tire pressure leads to excessive heat buildup in the tire.

Protect Your InvestmentFuel economy – Underinflated tires waste over five million gallons of fuel each day or approximately two billion gallons per year in the U.S. alone.

Convenience/SafetyTire Pressure Monitors and Sensors for commercial trucks are quick, easy to use and install (no tools required); alleviates the time and effort of checking tire pressures manually. Be safer with properly inflated tires!

Protection – PressurePro™ can alert to low pressure when you need it most: when on the road at highway speeds (and possibly in remote areas) where a tire problem could be costly & dangerous.

Cause of over-heating – Under inflation is the major cause of over-heating, and contributes to:

  • Tire disintegration
  • Ply separation
  • Sidewall/tread breakdowns
  • Premature tire failure
  • Excessive fuel use
  • Decreased road safety
